The kitchen of Bar Palladio Jaipur is one founded on the premise that the experience of dining should be effortless, that food should be beautiful, simple, and, above all, delicious. Central to our menu are dishes who speak to the soul of Italian cooking: minestrone, penne all’arrabiata, spaghetti carbonara. Sourcing the highest quality mozzarella, ricotta, pecorino, prosciutto di parma, alongside hand making our fettuccine, gnocchi, and ravioli: the taste and beauty of food are intergal to each of our dishes.

Introducing the spirit of the Italian aperitivo to Jaipur, our Bar is certainly the city’s most inspired. With a menu ranging from crisp martini (shaken not stirred) to classic negronis, alongside the Venetian spritz and our signature drink Marina Rossa this tradition of the cocktail is accompanied with prosecco, a range of wines and aperitvo savories – arrancini, vegetable tempuras, bruschetta.
